Again working with RPP Developments this very prestigious head office was a challenge for all the professional team and the builders. The brief including the various stages of design development took over a year and the product was a very high quality but simple building for the company whose prime object was security and high tech equipment.
Designed by CSAR Architects, the construction required exacting standards and on completion the project exceeded R 18 million

| PHASE 6 OF HARROWDENE OFFICE PARK |

Harrowdene is located in Woodmead and this is the final phase of the office park. Designed my M / Architects, the park now contains over 30 000 m2 of GLA.
The last buildings are occupied by Hatch, who already require additional space. The buildings are of contemporary low rise design with large open patios and an abundance of parking.The cost was in excess of R 35 million on completion. |

| TAMARACK APARTMENTS |

Mark Foster spotted this prestigious site on Rivonia Road late in 2005. Zoning on behalf of Silver Lakes Trading, took awhile, but the 78 apartments sold out the majority in the first few weeks of marketing.
The result has been a successful development for the clients and the professional team headed by Didi Maresch the design Architect.
Phase 2 is underway funded by Investec Bank and the whole development will be in excess of R 70 million |

| Cadburys Head Office |
| After extensive investigation for suitable sites the Cadburys/Bromor group decided on Harrowdene Office Park for there new home. On a freestanding site with water features and extensive landscaping their new head office is a tribute to their culture and choice of location.
Designed by M/Architects (previously Moross Architects) who designed the balance of the park, the building is 5000 m2 of offices with 272 cars in the basement
The building contract was completed by Abbeydale Building and Civils and exceeded R 30 mil in cost

| Situated in the heart of the Sloane Street precinct, Martin Rodrigues has erected a building complex comprising three prestigious office buildings with domes on all units
Occupying the first building, Funerary Management Services (Pty) Ltd who own the complex have finishes the building with luxury finishings.
The centre was designed by Andrew Drummond and Associates and the capital cost exceeded R 30 million |

Working with RPP Developments this prestigious project completed at the end of November 2002 on time and on budget. Designed by CSAR Architects, this unique shaped building was challenging for all members of the professional team. The building is tailor-made for National Brands and comprises the latest in high tech technology and design. On completion the total development cost exceeded R 30 million.

| Ericsson's Head Office |

As part of the Harrowdene office park, this development is the largest of the building in that site. It comprises 10 000 of office area over three levels with future expansion for another 5 000 m2. The building is characterized by modern flying roofs with natural light flooding down into the atrium with an abundance of water features and set in the Harrowdene's excellent park-like setting
The development was designed by Moross Architects and the completion cost approached R 40 million.

This is a multiphase office park for Sycom Property Fund administered by Corovest NIB, designed by Moross & Partners Architects.
The client has erected the new head offices for Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, who selected Harrowdene as their preferred option for their new premises.
The development, situated in Woodmead, is characterised by its innovative combination of individual buildings set within extensively landscaped gardens, large water features and open areas. The anticipated final cost is approximately R 200 million.

Situated in Illovo on the corner of Harries and Fricker Streets in the Illovo Boulevard, Colliers developed a two phase head office. They occupy the one building remarkable for its high quality finishes, water features and open landscaping. The other building is let to Ethos and Servest
The development was designed by Moross and partners and the completion cost was R 16 million

| Astra-Zeneca |
|
Mark Foster combined strengths with the Odyssey Development Corporation to develop a new prestige building for Astra South Africa. Since then Astra have merged with Zeneca Pharmaceuticals who will move to the new marble-clad building in Sunninghill
The building design by Dieter Maresch also contains conference rooms, canteens and the like providing for the full operational needs of the growing companies.
The development cost was R 22 million

Original Property Developments in conjunction with Concor have developed an industrial facility together with an office component for General Electric South Africa and its subsidiaries in Northside Corporate Park
They occupy four bays of the five bay development with an option on the fifth. The buildings have been fitted out to suit their particular needs |

Standard bank Properties have developed a regional office for their Fourways branch. It is set in a prime position at Fourways Crossing with a wonderful view to the north east
It comprises of an on grade covered parking level with two floors of offices. It was designed by Manfred Hermer, Grosskopff and Lombart. |

| Richards Bay Shopping Centre - The Boardwalk |

This is a prestigeous development undertaken as a joint venture by RPP, Colliers RMS and Wilson Bayly Holmes. The first phase comprised some 18 000 m2 of retail space with all the important majors and nationals being housed in same. The buildings are contemporary and designed by Bentel Abramson Architects
The final building cost of the development was R 39 mil |

This development was undetaken by a private consortium as part of the upgrading of the Rosettenville area. It houses, Pick n Pay, Woolworths and a cinema complex foprming the nucleus of the entetainment area

| Druggists Park |
| Druggists Park is the head office for South African Druggists as well as many of its subsidiary companies. Situated in Woodmead, the park consists of fourteen individual buildings with a head office building and a central facilities building.
The park was designed by Louw Apostolellis Bergenthuin Architects and managed by Colliers RMS. It was completed at a cost of R 35 million.
